Abstract in foreign language
Plazmid DNS-alapú nanomedicína formuláció fejlesztése, mely során mind a komponensek, mind a termék maga egy a korábbi pár órás stabilitás helyett hosszú távú eltarthatóságot mutató formát kapott. A stabil formuláció kidolgozása mellett az innovatív készítmény szerkezet-aktivitás összefüggése is vizsgálat tárgya. A dolgozat témájához kapcsolódó fejlesztések és eredmények fontos mérföldkövet jelentenek a nanomedicína mind kémiai, mind klinikai fejlesztése során, amit tudományos cikkek és egy benyújtott szabadalom is alátámaszt.
