Dolgozatomban az esztétikát normatív, előíró gyakorlatként, a művészet szabályrendszereinek kétségkívül elfogult, de racionális argumentációt alkalmazó megalkotójaként ábrázolom. Ennek segítségével vagyok képes arra magyarázatot adni, hogy művészet és szabadság összefonódása hogyan lehet úgy az esztétikai tapasztalat lehetséges formája, hogy közben azt nem ontológiai vagy pszichológiai tények, hanem egy történetileg kialakult beszédmód alkotta meg. E narratíva megszületését az ízlés korai filozófiája és a felvilágosodás emancipációfelfogásának találkozásával magyarázom, majd bemutatom reneszánszát a XX. századi nyugati marxista esztétikák elemzése során. Végül amellett érvelek, hogy a hagyományos esztétika gyakorlatai jelentős kritikai potenciával bírhatnak ma is, ám nem a kultúra építőiként, hanem a kulturális-politikai valóság megszakítóiként, ami ezt a megszakítást leginkább saját céljaira, nem pedig kézzelfogható politikai-kulturális programok megvalósítására képes használni.

Abstract in foreign language

In my dissertation, I depict aesthetics as a normative, prescriptive practice, as the creator of art's rule systems, undoubtedly biased, but using rational argumentation. With the help of this, I am able to explain how the intertwining of art and freedom can be a possible form of aesthetic experience, while it was not created by any ontological or psychological facts, but by a historically formed discourse. I depict the birth of this narrative with the meeting of the early philosophy of taste and the emancipation concept of the Enlightenment, and then present its renaissance in the 20th century, during the analysis of Western Marxist aesthetics. Finally, I argue that the practices of traditional aesthetics can have significant critical potential even today, but not as builders of culture, but as interrupters of cultural-political reality, which can use this interruption mostly for its own purposes, rather than for the implementation of tangible political-cultural programs.
